Booking Services

After logging into your account, click on the tab in the top right corner. Then click on "Request Services". 

Select ALL dates that are needed. You must select each individual date for each service.

 For example:

If you need visits Friday through Sunday, you must select Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you do not select Saturday, services would only be booked for Friday and Sunday. 

Select the service you would like to book. 

*For walks/visits outside of Midday Hours (10am to 2pm), please select "Pet Sitting Visit" and select the time frame needed.

* "House Sitting Visit" is selected when overnight in home care is needed. 

If you are needing multiple visits that day, you must select each date and each time frame separately.

 For example:

 you need an AM and PM visit for your cats-

1) Select each and all dates needed, select the AM time needed and select "Add To Basket". 

2)  Select "Back to Add Services".

3) Select "Add Another Service".

4)  Select each and all dates needed, select the PM time needed and select "Add To Basket". 

Please make sure that each visit is booked correctly for each day and time frame needed. When ready, select "Submit Now".

* Please note the following:

1) Requests made after 8pm the night before may not be seen until the following morning. Please submit day before requests prior to 8pm or they may not be accepted. 

2) You cannot book or cancel visits online the day of. Please contact us directly.

3) We may not to be able to accommodate day of requests.
